Privacy Policy

Effective June 17, 2026  ·  Last updated June 19, 2026

1.Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how The Main Launch, a Texas-based business, collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects personal information when you visit the website, create an account, sign up for an online fitness challenge, purchase Services, communicate with coaches, use the platform, or otherwise interact with The Main Launch. By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2.Personal Information The Main Launch Collects

The Main Launch may collect the following categories of personal information: identifiers and contact information, such as name, email address, phone number, account username, and login information; purchase and payment-related information, such as billing details, transaction records, and payment status (full card numbers are handled by our payment processor, Stripe, and not stored by The Main Launch); fitness and wellness information you choose to provide, such as goals, experience level, age range, height, weight, measurements, limitations, injuries, progress updates, preferences, and challenge responses; communications, such as messages with coaches or support; user content, such as photos, videos, testimonials, comments, and reviews; device and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, links clicked, referring pages, and approximate location; and marketing preferences, such as email and SMS subscription status and communication choices.

3.Payment Information

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors, including Stripe. The Main Launch may receive transaction details, purchase confirmation, billing contact details, and payment status, but The Main Launch does not store full credit card numbers. Payment processors handle payment data under their own terms and privacy policies.

4.How The Main Launch Collects Information

The Main Launch collects information directly from you when you register, buy access, fill out forms, answer challenge questions, message a coach, contact support, submit content, or otherwise provide information. The Main Launch may also collect information automatically through cookies, pixels, analytics tools, logs, and similar technologies, and may receive information from service providers (including Stripe and GoHighLevel), payment processors, advertising partners, social media platforms, referral partners, and other third parties where permitted by law.

5.How The Main Launch Uses Information

The Main Launch may use personal information to provide and operate the Services; create and manage accounts; process payments; deliver workout content and challenge materials; support coaching communications; personalize fitness content and participant experience; respond to questions; send service notices, reminders, updates, and marketing communications (subject to your consent where required); improve the website, platform, offers, and content; analyze usage and performance; prevent fraud, misuse, and security incidents; enforce the Terms and Waiver; comply with legal obligations; and protect the rights, safety, and property of The Main Launch, participants, and others.

6.Health and Fitness Information

Fitness and wellness information may be sensitive. The Main Launch uses this information to operate the challenge, personalize the participant experience, support safer participation, communicate with you, and improve the Services. The Main Launch does not use participant-submitted fitness or health information to provide medical diagnosis or treatment, and does not act as a HIPAA-covered entity. If you submit health information voluntarily, you do so understanding that it is being collected by a fitness service, not a healthcare provider.

7.Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Main Launch may use cookies, pixels, analytics tools, and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, understand website traffic, improve Services, measure marketing, and deliver or evaluate advertising. You may be able to control cookies through your browser settings or any cookie tools available on the website. Disabling cookies may affect website functionality.

8.SMS / Text Messaging

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages, The Main Launch may send recurring automated marketing and service-related text messages in accordance with Section 27 of the Terms (TCPA and SMS / Text Message Consent), the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and applicable Texas law. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing text messages at any time by replying “STOP,” or by contacting [email protected]. Mobile information — including phone numbers and SMS/text-message opt-in consent — will not be shared, sold, or rented to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The Main Launch may share mobile information only with subcontractors and service providers that support the text-messaging program (for example, our messaging platform and customer-service providers), solely to deliver the messages you have requested; these providers are contractually restricted from using the information for their own marketing. SMS opt-in consent and originator data are not otherwise shared with any third parties.

9.How The Main Launch Shares Information

The Main Launch may share personal information with: coaches, contractors, support team members, and employees who need access to perform their roles; service providers and vendors, including Stripe (payment processing), GoHighLevel (CRM, email, SMS, and funnel infrastructure), hosting providers, analytics providers, email and messaging tools, and advertising and marketing partners; professional advisors (such as attorneys, accountants, and auditors); legal authorities where required by law; and parties involved in a business transfer (such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets). The Main Launch may also share information with your consent or at your direction. These parties may access information only as reasonably needed for their role, subject to applicable law and contractual or operational restrictions where appropriate. For the avoidance of doubt, the categories of sharing described in this Section 9 — including with advertising and marketing partners — do not include SMS/text-message opt-in data or consent, which is handled only as described in Section 8 (SMS / Text Messaging).

10.Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

The Main Launch does not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws may define certain advertising, analytics, or cookie-based activities as “selling,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising. Where required, The Main Launch will provide a method to opt out of those activities. The Main Launch does not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

11.Marketing Communications

The Main Launch may send marketing emails, promotional messages, challenge updates, and related communications. You can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting [email protected]. You can opt out of marketing text messages by replying “STOP” to any marketing message. You may still receive non-marketing communications, such as purchase confirmations, account notices, service updates, legal notices, and safety-related messages.

12.Data Retention

The Main Launch keeps personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain records, comply with legal obligations (including Texas tax, recordkeeping, and consumer protection requirements), resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and support legitimate business purposes. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, purpose of collection, legal requirements, and operational needs.

13.Data Security

The Main Launch uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including access controls, vendor due diligence, and use of reputable third-party platforms (such as Stripe for payment processing). No website, platform, payment system, email system, or internet transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and notifying The Main Launch of suspected unauthorized account access.

14.Your Privacy Choices

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to personal information, correction, deletion, portability, restriction of processing, withdrawal of consent, opt-out of marketing, opt-out of sale or sharing, opt-out of targeted advertising, limit use of sensitive personal information, or appeal a privacy decision. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected]. The Main Launch will respond to privacy requests as required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, the “CCPA/CPRA”), including rights to know, access, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit use of sensitive personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.

Residents of other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws (including but not limited to Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Oregon, Montana, and others) may have analogous rights under their respective state laws. The Main Launch will honor applicable state privacy rights when legally required.

16.Children’s Privacy

Participation in the Services requires you to be at least 18 years old.

17.International Users

If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location. The Main Launch does not currently target or knowingly collect personal data from individuals in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions outside the United States.

18.Links and Third-Party Platforms

The website or platform may link to third-party websites, apps, payment processors, social media platforms, or tools. The Main Launch is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of third parties. You should review their privacy policies before providing information to them.
